Inner Balance Spa Party

Welcome to the "Inner Balance Spa Party"—a spa event dedicated to deep relaxation and inner balance through yoga/pilates and massage.

The spa party includes 2 hours of access to the pool and spa area (sauna, Jacuzzi, sensory shower, and ice fountain), a choice of a 30- or 60-minute relaxation massage, and a 60-minute group yoga or Pilates session. You may also choose between the "Gourmet" menu—featuring champagne, a cheese and fruit platter—and the "Healthy" menu—featuring natural juices, a fruit platter, dried fruits, almonds, and pistachios.

At this unique spa party, you will have the opportunity to connect with your body, mind, and soul through the practice of yoga or Pilates. Guided by qualified and passionate instructors, you will explore various poses and breathing techniques designed to help you release tension and restore inner harmony. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced practitioner, this experience will bring you peace and inner tranquility.

To complement this experience of relaxation and rejuvenation, you will enjoy spa massage sessions. Our experienced therapists will use expert techniques to relieve accumulated tension and guide you into a state of deep relaxation.
