General Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Special Offers

edenspa.ro acts as an intermediary for the sale of services included in the Special Offers run by Eden Spa centers throughout the year.

The Special Offers comprise at least four categories, namely:

• Easter Special Offer – runs for a maximum of 14 days prior to the Orthodox Easter holiday.

• Summer Special Offer – runs between June and August; exact dates are determined annually based on the sales and promotion strategy.

• Anniversary Offer – runs annually in October.

• Black Friday Offer – runs during the last two weeks of November.

edenspa.ro reserves the right to add other special offers to this list based on strategic commercial interests.

The services subject to these special offers are governed by the following terms and conditions:

Price Reductions – Special offers feature discounts of up to 50% off the displayed list price. Special offer discounts cannot be combined with other discounts.

Sales Period – These discounts are available for purchase for a limited time, as announced within each specific special offer.

Service Validity Period – Services sold under special offers must be performed by the deadline specified in the Special Offer. If, due to objective reasons (e.g., health restrictions, temporary closure), the Service Provider is unable to perform the services within this timeframe, the validity period will be extended by a duration announced by the Service Provider.

Location – The Eden Spa center performing the services included in the Special Offer.

Special offer services are performed exclusively at the location specified in the Special Offer. Services subject to the Special Offer – services sold as part of special offers may include individual services, service subscriptions, or gift cards.

Service subscriptions – for subscriptions included in special offers, the provision of services shall adhere to the validity period specified in the offer, as well as the restriction of appointments to the days of Monday through Friday.

Gift cards/vouchers – For gift cards/vouchers purchased as part of special offers, service provision is subject to the validity period specified in the offer and is limited to appointments scheduled between Monday and Friday.

Provision of services covered by the Special Offer – Services sold under Special Offers will be provided by EdenSPA franchise partners based on prior appointments, exclusively from Monday to Friday, during their posted business hours.

Scheduling services – Appointments can be made by phone or email at the location where the offer is valid.

Electronic voucher – Sale confirmation is provided via an electronic voucher sent to the buyer's email address immediately after the order is submitted and payment is made.

Payment method – Special offers are valid for online payment only.

Appointment cancellation policy: If you have scheduled an appointment but cannot attend, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. The cancellation terms are as follows:

• Cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled time – no penalty.

• Cancellation between 7 and 24 hours before the scheduled time – 50% of the service value charged as a penalty.

• Cancellation less than 7 hours before the scheduled time or failure to appear (No-Show) – 100% of the service value charged as a penalty; the voucher becomes invalid and can no longer be used.

In the event of a late arrival, the duration of the treatment will be shortened accordingly if the schedule does not allow for a delay. EdenSPA will make every effort to provide the full treatment without inconveniencing other guests.

Refund conditions: Services purchased as part of Special Offers are eligible for a refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, in accordance with the refund policy available here: Refund Policy.

Unrendered services – Services that have not been scheduled and performed by their maximum validity date are considered forfeited. They cannot be scheduled for a later date, and their cost is non-refundable.
