Welcome to EdenSPA

EdenSPA Bucharest exists to offer you a break, a moment of respite, and an escape from the daily routine. It is a time and space where you can reconnect with yourself, savor peace and tranquility, and simply be yourself. You will leave feeling recharged, joyful, and inspired.

We invite you to carefully read these Regulations, which have been created to ensure a pleasant, safe, and relaxing experience for all our guests.

1. General Provisions

These Regulations have been established to ensure the smooth operation of activities and services at EdenSPA Bucharest locations, to safeguard guest health, and to maintain order, cleanliness, and the proper functioning of equipment.

These Regulations are binding for all EdenSPA guests, collaborators, and employees. By paying for services and receiving an access wristband, the guest acknowledges and accepts all provisions of these Regulations.

Guests are personally liable for any failure to comply with the Regulations, including for accidents resulting from such non-compliance. EdenSPA staff may provide guidance but are under no legal obligation to constantly supervise adherence to all provisions.

Parents, guardians, and companions are responsible for ensuring that children and persons under their care comply with the Regulations.

2. Operating Hours and Access Terms & Conditions

2.1 Operating Hours

Monday – Friday: 07:00 – 21:00

Saturday – Sunday: 09:00 – 20:00

Access to any EdenSPA facility requires a prior appointment. All appointments must conclude 15 minutes before the end of operating hours (20:45 on weekdays; 19:45 on weekends).

Operating hours on public holidays will be announced by EdenSPA management via official communication channels (website, social media, reception).

2.2 Access Conditions

Access to the premises is granted exclusively upon use of an access wristband, which must be worn at all times during the visit, including in wet areas. Wristbands are disinfected after each use.

Upon receiving the wristband, towels, and bathrobe, guests are required to return them upon departure. Fees for loss or damage are as follows:

  • Bathrobe: 300 RON

  • Towel: 125 RON

  • Access wristband: 150 RON

Failure to return spa items or any attempt to remove them from the premises may result in criminal liability.

Guests are not permitted in areas reserved exclusively for staff. Tampering with ventilation, sound, lighting, or sauna control systems, or any other technical installations, is prohibited. Touching electrical cables is strictly forbidden.

2.3 Minimum Age for Access

The minimum age for using EdenSPA services is 16. Individuals under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Children under the age of 8 are not permitted in the therapy area, yoga/Pilates areas, or areas for related spa activities, except for programs specifically designed for them.

Children under the age of 3 are not permitted in the pool area. Children aged 3–4 may access the pool area only if wearing swim diapers suitable for public pools. EdenSPA management reserves the right to claim compensation of 5,000 RON to cover the cost of changing the pool water in the event of a bodily function accident in the pool.

2.4 Payment for Services

Payment may be made at the Spa Reception or online, via bank card or cash. Subscriptions, spa packages, and gift cards (individual or corporate) are available at the Reception. Rates are subject to change at management's discretion and will be updated on the website www.edenspa.ro.

Discounts displayed on the website during specific periods or discounts applicable to certain categories of EdenSPA clients cannot be combined; the client may choose the most advantageous discount available at the time of purchase.

2.5 Return and Refund Policy

Gift vouchers, gift cards, and products purchased online may be returned within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

Service appointments and last-minute offers purchased via the website are non-refundable and are subject to the specific terms displayed on the website.

Return process: Complete the return form available on the website and select the desired option (exchange or refund). Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the approval of the request, either to the specified account or in cash at the location.

2.6 Check-in

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your first appointment (10 minutes for subsequent appointments) to complete the Spa Lifestyle form. Late arrivals will not result in an extension of the treatment duration, and the full cost of the treatment remains payable.

2.7 Appointments and Reservations

Advance booking is recommended to secure your preferred time slot. All treatments and access to spa facilities are subject to availability and require the guest's name and contact details.

Reception will confirm the reservation by phone or email no later than 24 hours in advance. You will receive a reminder message via SMS or WhatsApp the day before your appointment—please confirm or cancel.

Vouchers and gift cards are valid exclusively at the location specified on them and cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers not used within their validity period are automatically cancelled.

2.8 Cancellation, Late Arrival, and No-Show Policy

Out of respect for other guests, we apply the following cancellation policy:

  • Cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled time: no penalty.

  • Cancellation between 7 and 24 hours before the scheduled time: 50% of the service cost charged as a penalty.

  • Cancellation less than 7 hours before the scheduled time or no-show: 100% of the service cost charged as a penalty.

In the event of late arrival, the treatment duration will be shortened accordingly if the schedule does not allow for a delay. EdenSPA will make every effort to provide the full treatment without inconveniencing other guests.

3. Spa Etiquette

The EdenSPA team aims to ensure that every visit is a truly relaxing experience. We ask for your cooperation in maintaining the special atmosphere of our facility.

3.1 General Conduct

To ensure the comfort of all guests, the following rules apply throughout the EdenSPA premises:

  • Mobile phones must be kept on silent mode. Phone conversations are permitted only in designated areas.

  • Swearing, shouting, using an aggressive tone, or any disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited.

  • Photographing or filming other guests without their explicit consent is prohibited.

  • Smoking (including the use of e-cigarettes) and the consumption of alcohol, drugs, or illegal substances are prohibited throughout the premises.

  • Consuming food is prohibited in the pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, sensory shower, ice fountain, locker room, and yoga/Pilates areas.

  • Displays of affection must be modest. Intimate interactions are prohibited and may result in immediate expulsion without a refund.

  • Spitting on the floor or into the water (pools, Jacuzzi) is strictly prohibited.

  • Guests are prohibited from providing services (massages, swimming lessons, yoga activities, etc.) to other guests.

3.2 Attire

We recommend leaving your street clothes in the locker room and wearing the robe and slippers provided at Reception. Upon arrival, wearing plastic shoe covers over your street footwear is mandatory. For treatments, the therapist will provide disposable undergarments. If the procedure involves water, a swimsuit is required.

Treatment recommendations:

  • For facial treatments, men are advised to shave a few hours beforehand.

  • For body scrubs, avoid hair removal for 12 hours prior.

  • A warm shower before the therapy prepares the muscles and maximizes the treatment's benefits.

  • Please communicate any preferences or discomfort regarding pressure, temperature, or music to the therapist.

3.3 Spa area (pools, sauna, Jacuzzi, sensory shower, ice fountain)

Required attire in the spa area includes a swimsuit, slippers, and a bathrobe. For public health reasons, entering the pools, Jacuzzi, or sauna in full-body swimwear is prohibited, regardless of geographic origin or religious grounds.

Specific sauna rules:

  • Swimwear or a Turkish towel (*pestemal*) is required. Footwear is not permitted inside the sauna.

  • Slippers and bathrobes must be left at the sauna entrance.

  • A towel must be placed under your feet when sitting on the tiered benches.

  • All metal jewelry (gold, silver, etc.) must be removed before entering.

  • Phones, tablets, and devices containing lithium-ion batteries are prohibited inside the sauna (risk of explosion or release of harmful substances).

  • Sauna seating cannot be reserved. Items left unattended will be removed by authorized staff.

  • Bringing your own infusion solutions is prohibited. Infusions are performed exclusively by specialized EdenSPA staff.

  • Technical fixtures (radiators, air vents, heaters, grilles) must not be covered with objects or towels—fire hazard.

  • Recommended sessions: 10–15 minutes, alternating with cold showers or the ice fountain. Total duration must not exceed 60 minutes.

  • Prolonged exposure may cause nausea, dizziness, and fainting.

Sauna access is prohibited for individuals with: skin conditions, open wounds, contagious diseases, severe cardiovascular or bronchopulmonary conditions, low or high blood pressure, or fever; pregnant women or those menstruating; and individuals under the influence of alcohol, anticoagulants, antihistamines, vasoconstrictors, vasodilators, narcotics, or tranquilizers. In case of doubt, consult your personal physician.

Pool and Jacuzzi Rules:

  • Showering is mandatory before and after using the pools and Jacuzzi.

  • Wearing a swim cap and swimsuit is mandatory.

  • Access with swim rings, floating mattresses, swim fins, or other equipment—except for items provided by EdenSPA—is prohibited.

  • The pools are intended for relaxation, not competitive swimming. Maximum depth: 1.50 m / 90 cm.

  • The pools are not supervised by lifeguards. Use is at your own risk.

  • Diving or jumping into the pools is strictly prohibited.

  • Using the pools or Jacuzzi while under the influence of alcohol is not recommended.

  • Children are permitted in the pool area on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays during all operating hours.

3.4 Yoga-Pilates Area and Related Spa Activities

Access to the yoga-pilates area and related activities (painting, creative, or personal development workshops, etc.) is permitted only in appropriate attire. Outdoor footwear is prohibited.

Group or individual sessions with an instructor require prior booking at the Spa Reception. EdenSPA is not liable for session cancellations due to insufficient participants, an instructor's justified absence, or technical malfunctions.

3.5 Locker Rooms

The locker rooms operate on a self-service basis using a personal code set by you. This allows you to store and retrieve personal items independently, without requiring the presence of a spa employee.

Locking and unlocking the locker compartment is done using the access code you set—consisting of up to 9 digits followed by the # key.

Each guest uses a single locker compartment assigned by Reception. Occupying multiple locker compartments entitles management to open any compartment occupied without authorization—in the guest's absence—and to hand over the items found upon the signing of an official report, subject to an administrative fee of 150 RON.

3.6 Valuables

We recommend storing valuables and jewelry in your assigned locker compartment. EdenSPA Bucharest assumes no responsibility for the loss of personal items.

EdenSPA is not liable for belongings left in locker rooms or other areas.

Items not stored in the assigned locker compartment will be considered abandoned after 15 days.

EdenSPA reserves the right to open any compartment in the event of: reported theft, fire, suspicion of hazardous substances, a request by law enforcement authorities, or equipment failure.

4. Health Status

4.1 Considerations and Precautions

We recommend consulting your personal physician before using spa services and facilities, especially if you have: skin conditions, open wounds, communicable diseases, allergies, low or high blood pressure, heart or bronchopulmonary conditions, varicose veins, malignant or chronic diseases, or if you are pregnant.

Before your visit, you will complete the online "Spa Lifestyle" form, which provides EdenSPA therapists with essential information to personalize your experience. Completing this form does not absolve the guest of personal responsibility regarding the use of services and facilities, nor does it transfer this responsibility to EdenSPA staff.

Caution: Surfaces within EdenSPA premises may be wet and slippery, particularly in the spa area. Wearing non-slip slippers is mandatory at all times and in all areas. Failure to comply with this rule places full responsibility for any accidents on the guest.

4.2 Pregnancy

EdenSPA offers special treatments and programs for expectant mothers. Spa therapies are not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy. Please inform Reception of your condition when making a reservation.

5. Access Routes and Parking

Traffic regulations must be observed in all vehicle-accessible areas of the UP-Site Floreasca complex. The following are prohibited: exceeding posted speed limits, blocking access routes, and littering from vehicles.

Parking is reserved exclusively for EdenSPA Floreasca guests in designated, marked spaces. The parking fee is 10 lei per hour, payable at the payment machine within the UP-Site Floreasca residential complex.

EdenSPA is not liable for valuables left in plain sight inside vehicles or for the condition of parked vehicles. Please do not park in spaces that are not marked "Reserved for Eden Spa."

6. Liability

The guest is liable for damages caused by their behavior, including improper use, soiling, or damaging of facilities. Parents/guardians are civilly liable for damages caused by children or persons under their care.

EdenSPA Bucharest is liable for harm to the life, body, or health of guests resulting directly from an action or omission attributable to the center. EdenSPA is not liable for damages resulting from the guest's failure to comply with the Regulations, the fault of other persons, or unknown causes.

EdenSPA is not liable for: the theft or loss of personal belongings (except those officially handed over to the Reception for safekeeping), damage to swimwear or jewelry caused by water composition (sulfur), or damages caused by force majeure or malfunctions beyond the center's control.

EdenSPA is liable for damages caused intentionally, through gross negligence, or through failure to fulfill expressly assumed contractual obligations.

Items left behind/found on the premises:

  • Valuables (phones, jewelry, cash > 1000 RON, etc.): kept for 10 days, then handed over to the authorities.

  • Low-value items: kept for 15 days, then disposed of as waste.

  • Recovery is possible only by appearing in person at the EdenSPA Reception.

7. Denial of Access

EdenSPA Bucharest reserves the right to ask guests to leave the premises in the event of non-compliance with the Regulations. Immediate eviction applies—without a refund for services—in cases of:

  • Acts of violence or physical/verbal aggression.

  • Indecent, aggressive, or disruptive behavior. Profanity, noise, or a raised or aggressive tone.

  • Smoking in prohibited areas.

  • Endangering the safety of other guests or compromising internal order.

  • Discriminatory or offensive behavior.

Upon a request to leave, the guest is required to immediately return any EdenSPA items, pay for services consumed, and leave the premises quietly. Refusal to do so may result in the intervention of security personnel and the involvement of law enforcement.

Unauthorized access (entering without paying the admission fee) results in immediate eviction and police notification.

8. Non-Discrimination Policy

EdenSPA Bucharest does not tolerate any form of discrimination based on race, nationality, ethnicity, language, religion, social class, beliefs, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other criterion. Any discriminatory behavior may be grounds for immediate eviction.

9. Other Provisions

Any member of the EdenSPA staff is authorized to enforce the provisions of these Regulations with respect to guests. Staff instructions must be followed.

10. Suggestions, Complaints, and Lost Items

Suggestions and complaints should be sent to office@edenspa.ro or submitted directly to the EdenSPA Reception. The response time is 30 calendar days.

Inquiries regarding lost items should be sent to office@edenspa.ro or directed to the Reception. Items may only be reclaimed by appearing in person at the Reception, within the timeframes specified in Chapter 6.

11. Entry into Force

This version of the Regulations has been revised and is effective as of June 1, 2026.

EdenSPA reserves the right to modify these Regulations without prior notice. The updated version will be published on www.edenspa.ro and displayed on the premises.
