Cancellation, Delay, and No-Show Policy

If, due to unforeseen circumstances, you do not arrive on time for your appointment (previously confirmed via SMS), the full duration of your chosen therapy will be honored only if the schedule allows for the appointment to be shifted. Otherwise, the therapy duration will be shortened accordingly. We will make every effort to provide the full therapy, provided that other clients are not inconvenienced.

For appointments scheduled Monday through Friday, please notify us 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend at the scheduled time. For weekend appointments, please notify us 24 hours in advance, but not on the day of the appointment itself.

One day prior to your appointment, Eden Spa will send an SMS reminder asking you to confirm or cancel. If we do not receive a confirmation or cancellation via SMS, the appointment will be considered valid and subject to all the conditions mentioned above.

Appointment cancellation conditions are as follows:

• Cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled time: no penalty.

• Cancellation between 7 and 24 hours before the scheduled time: 50% of the service cost charged as a penalty.

• Cancellation less than 7 hours before the scheduled time or failure to appear (No-Show): 100% of the service cost charged as a penalty.

In the event of a delay, the therapy duration will be shortened accordingly if the schedule does not allow for a shift in timing. EdenSPA will make every effort to provide the full therapy without inconveniencing other guests.

Failure to attend an appointment confirmed under the aforementioned conditions—for which you hold a gift card, voucher, or prepaid package—will result in consuming the corresponding voucher, with no option to reschedule.

Failure to attend an appointment scheduled for payment at the venue entitles Eden Spa to require advance payment for future appointments.
