To ensure a smooth and transparent experience, please review the conditions below.

1. Promotion Period

  • The offer is available exclusively online between 21–30 November 2025.
  • Discounts reach up to 50% for massages, spa therapies, and memberships.

2. Purchase Method

  • These offers are valid only for online orders and online payments.
  • After completing your purchase, you will instantly receive the payment confirmation and your electronic voucher via email.

3. Booking the Services

  • Appointments can be made:
    • by phone, by contacting our reception;
    • online, directly on the Eden Spa website.
  • Services purchased as part of this campaign can be booked Monday to Friday only, subject to the schedule and availability of the selected location.
  • For smooth planning, please schedule your appointment at least 3 days in advance.

4. Voucher Validity

Black Friday 2025 vouchers have different validity periods depending on the location:

  • Eden Spa Victoriei
    Valid until 31 March 2026.
  • Eden Spa UP-site Floreasca (new location opening in January 2026)
    Valid until 30 June 2026.

Important:

  • Services that are not booked and not used before the voucher expiration date are considered forfeited.
  • They cannot be rescheduled after the expiration date.
  • Their value cannot be refunded or converted into other services.

5. Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance.

Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in the invalidity of the voucher, which can no longer be used.

6. Refunds

Services purchased during Black Friday 2025 may be refunded within 14 days from the date of purchase, in accordance with our refund policy available here: https://www.edenspa.ro/en/info/23-politica-de-rambursare

7. Location of Use

Each voucher is valid exclusively at the location specified on the voucher, subject to that location’s schedule and availability.
