Pranayama is breathing techniques by which we regulate and control the vital energy (prana) of our body. By adjusting vital energy we develop and maintain the proper functionality of all internal organs and balance emotions. As we use water daily to clean our body from external impurities, Pranayama is recommended for cleaning, purifying energy channels (nadhi).

The Acharya Yoga Certification (the person qualified to teach yoga), she received in India (January 2011), following the graduation of the training program for yoga teachers (TTC - Teaching Training Course), in the Ashramul Yoga Vidya, South India, Chennai.
