Pranayama is breathing techniques by which we regulate and control the vital energy (prana) of our body. By adjusting vital energy we develop and maintain the proper functionality of all internal organs and balance emotions. In the next step, when the physical and emotional balance is stabilized, we have access to the regulation of the fluctuations of the mind. "To have a calm, quiet mind, it is necessary to regulate our own breath" (Hatha Yoga Pradipika). We stabilize the fluctuations of the mind we have access to a conscious life!

As we use water daily to clean our body from external impurities, Pranayama is recommended for cleaning, purifying energy channels (nadhi).

Through the regular practice of Pranayama techniques, we feel:

  •     Revive, energized, full of life
  •     Physically and emotionally balanced
  •     Clearly while making important decisions
  •     Content and grateful for our lives!

* Participation in the Pranayama class is done by pre-registration.
