A calm, calm and balanced mind is essential in creating a fulfilled and harmonious life. Yoga brings us the holistic approach to life as a whole and is probably the most effective method of managing daily stress.

We all prefer to give time to others, but it is necessary to take care of our body and mind. We need to dedicate quality time for ourselves to be happy in life.

The efficiency of yoga is proven in diminishing emotions, such as anxiety and fear, preventing and ameliorating various physical conditions, creating a stable emotional foundation in daily life, as well as:

  • installing the calm state, the inner balance
  • regaining power and vigor when your physical body is weakened
  • enhancing self-confidence and self-esteem, personal integrity
  • increase of general tone and energy level
  • improving mental clarity and concentration
  • we allow ourselves to be curious and find out new things about the state of our body and mind, without putting labels or interpreting, from a neutral space, as an observer.

Tips for participants in yoga meetings:

  • Yoga is an individual practice that takes place in the group, the focus is the person's own
  • The open attitude, genuine curiosity and receptivity are appreciated; experience, mobility & flexibility of the body are secondary.

About Victoria Gall:

Tutor - yoga teacher, facilitator of well-being. Founding member of Yoga Vidya Association Romania.

The Acharya Yoga Certification (the person qualified to teach yoga), she received in India (January 2011), following the graduation of the training program for yoga teachers (TTC - Teaching Training Course), in the Ashramul Yoga Vidya, South India, Chennai.

Victoria, learns, practices and teaches what she practices; she defines herself as a seeker of knowledge. She is in constant contact with her Master in India for further study, where she travels twice / year to deepen her knowledge of Yoga. In addition to the daily yoga classes it facilitates, both for groups and in individual sessions, she is involved in the translation of specialty literature, such as the Traditional Yoga Handbook and the volume, Meditation. For those who want to know more about the approach of yoga as a healthy lifestyle, they can watch shows and read one of the interviews she was invited to answer.
