• Appointments can be made by phone or email, at the location where the offer, respectively the purchased service are valid.
• Expiry date - For each service purchased, you will receive an electronic voucher by email. Massages, individual therapies, as well as the content of the subscriptions can be scheduled until August 15, 2026, subject to location’s availability, only from Monday to Friday.
• Therapies that have not been scheduled and performed by the expiration date are considered lost. Cannot be scheduled at a later date. Their value cannot be refunded.

• Conditions for canceling the appointment: If you have made the appointment and cannot arrive, please let us know at least 12 hours in advance. If you do not show up for the appointment, without notifying us in advance, the voucher will become invalid and will no longer be usable.
