Pilates provide a full body workout. By focusing on the muscles of the abdomen, back, pelvis and shoulders, our Pilates classes help you to make your body aware, to have a correct posture, to improve your flexibility and efficiency of movements, alleviates back pain.

By providing Pilates classes at the workplace, we encourage employees to move and exercise, help them improve their posture and body alignment and reduce the effects of stress.

As with yoga, Pilates at work is available at any time of the day, and regular sessions are ideal. However, we can also offer one-hour Pilates classes at work.

Workplace yoga courses are a great way to introduce employees to wellbeing at the office. Workplace yoga courses focus on creating balance through gentle exercises, breathing and relaxation techniques. Postures will be practiced that help to develop both core strength and flexibility, while breathing exercises and meditation techniques help calm the mind and increase the sense of well-being.

Yoga classes for office health are available either before the program, during lunch break or at the end of the program. They can also be provided as part of a day dedicated to the well-being of the workplace. For maximum benefits, we recommend regular sessions, but we can also offer single sessions at your company headquarters.

Like our bodies, the mind needs regular training to function at its best. We offer mindfulness meditation sessions at your company headquarters. The mindfulness programs for companies include various workshops and courses aimed at increasing the power of concentration and productivity, developing creativity, learning stress management tools and cultivating acceptance, patience, confidence, curiosity.

Mindfulness programs are based on the latest discoveries of neuroscience including brain plasticity as well as the MBSR (Stress Reduction through Mindufulness) program developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1979 and successfully applied in the medical field.

Mindfulness meditation sessions can be offered as part of mindfulness programs or as single sessions.
