You order online, pay online and we send the voucher immediately by email after your payment. After the voucher will be sent, you can schedule your treatments by phone or online. 

Terms & Conditions:

• The Summer Offer 2025 is valid for sale during June 26 and July 10, 2025
• The Offer is valid only for online payment
• The vouchers will be sent by email immediately after payment 
• The vouchers can be scheduled till October 31, 2025, subject to Eden Spa availibility. 
• For making appointments, please call us or book directly on our website. 

• The expiration date for all vouchers sold under the Summer Offer 2025 is October 31, 2025 and can be scheduled from Mondays - Fridays.
• The services which are not redeemed until the expiration date will be lost, they can not schedule at a future date. They can not be redeemed in cash.
• The therapies can be scheduled in the locations where they are available, according to the availability of the spa location. We recommend to make the appointments few days in advance in order to assure you will find the right time for you.

• Cancellation Policy : In the case when you made the appointment but can not arrive, please call min 12 hours in advance. In the case of no show, your voucher will become unavailable and you can not use it anymore.
