The 20 Years Anniversary Offer is valid for sale only between October 15-25, 2025. You order online, pay online and we send the voucher by email immediately after payment. After the voucher will be sent, you can schedule your treatments by phone or online.

The expiration date for all vouchers sold under the 20 Years Anniversary Offer is 4 months from the purchasing date. The services which are not redeemed until February 25, 2026 at maximum will be lost, they can not schedule at a future date. They can not be redeemed in cash.

The therapies can be scheduled in the location corresponding with the therapy purchased, only from Monday to Friday, according to the availability of the spa location. We recommend to make the appointments few days in advance in order to assure you will find the right time for you.

Cancellation Policy: In the case when you made the appointment but can not arrive, please call min 12 hours in advance. In the case of no show, your voucher will become unavailable and you can not use it anymore.
