Terms and conditions of the Black Friday 2023 offer

  • The offer is valid for sale between November 17-24, 2023
  • The offer is valid only on online order and online payment
  • After buying online, you will receive an instant confirmation of payment and a voucher, based on which you can make the appointment.
  • For making appointments, please call us or book directly on our website.
  • Expiry date - For each service purchased, you will receive an electronic voucher by email. The massages, therapies and memberships purchased during Black Friday 2023 expire on March 31, 2024. The appointments will be made only from Monday to Friday.
  • Therapies that have not been scheduled and performed by the expiration date are considered lost. They cannot be scheduled at a later date. Their value cannot be refunded.
  • * therapies purchased within Black Friday 2023, can be scheduled at the location written on the voucher, only from Monday to Friday, within the limits of the program hours and the availability of the location. For making the appointments, please contact us at least 3 days in advance.
  • Cancellation Policy: If you have done the appointment and you cannot arrive, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance. In case of no show, without first notifying us, the voucher will become invalid and can no longer be used.
